Ok, here as promised is an EFT video, instructing you how to do tapping.

This video comes from a request about how do I tap on multiple issues?

Do I just list them all at once and give it a once go through?
Do I take them one at a time?
(these are the things we looked at in this video)

You will find that the founder Gary Craig has given EFT practitioners and coaches an un-hindered platform in which to use EFT. What I mean by this is he encourages us to try things, experiment and see shat works.

Creativity and new techniques are discovered through trial an error. So while there is not a right and wrong way for EFT; there is an effective and receive more results path.

How to get rid of a Migraine or at least make it bearable with EFT

What is EFT?

Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says…

“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”

(Here is what DK has shared on his day 1 video and I am right there with him…

1) First things first… let’s mark off in our calendars some various important dates so that we can make sure we are progressing properly.

a) Day 1 = Monday, Sept. 15th. ( I am five days behind you all as I am in Houston where hurricane IKE just struck and I was without power and internet when you started, I will be doing the first five in a batch and posting tonight)
b) Day 30 = Wed, Oct. 15th
c) Day 60 = Fri, Nov 14th.
d) Day 90 = Sun, Dec. 14th.

2) Next, I’m working on a list of all the things I want to accomplish by the end of this 90-day challenge.

* After I have my list complete, I want to create either a vision board, or a YouTube video, or something that I can have in front of me to look at everyday for some positive re-inforcement and why I’m taking on this 90-day challenge.

So those are the things I’m working on today.

I’ve already got my calendar setup.

Now, I’m just working on my vision board and collage to make sure I know what it is I want to accomplish both in my business and also in my life.

And not just for these 90-days… also what I want to accomplish even beyond this challenge.

This is important… so if you want to keep up with me, make sure you do this too!
