Ultra-Violence combat demo with maximum Kills, Items and Secrets, for Doom II No Rest for the Living level 8, Tomb of Malevolence.

Notes on the making of this demo: This was played “Reality” style, where the player takes no damage and uses no energy weapons.

Rocket explosions in most Doom games are “infinitely tall”, meaning that the explosions can affect targets equally at any distance above or below the impact point. This is why I fire the first few rockets into nearby walls… the Imps located far below the rocket explosions are affected as if the rockets had detonated at closer range. As a side note, this is the only level among all the NRFTL maps where a backpack can be acquired in Single-player mode. In this video it’s picked up at about the 2:05 mark.
