Its too early for even the sun to awaken, but I need to get out of bed on this cold dark morning and get working. Difficult to muster up the energy to get to all my to-dos for the day – I will need my dad’s famous super hero power breakfast to fuel my body and mind. This is a high-energy, magically delicious raw breakfast that would make Popeye jealous out of his mind. Could be for any time of day, but its especially
effective as…breakfast. BreakFAAST! And boy, is it fast — fast to make, fast to eat, fast to convert into fresh long lasting clean burning energy for my day. Yea, it does sound too good to be true, I
too was a disbeliever at first. I tend to disbelieve anything my mom or dad tell me, atleast initially. But
morning after morning I witnessed the transformation in my dad – sleepy and grumpy before the super hero breakfast and magically energized and pumped for the day after the super hero breakfast.
Every day I got more and more curious. So I gave it a whirl. One morning I crept up to the his bowl as he merrily bounced out of the kitchen to answer the phone. I snuck a small bite of this so- called fantastical breakfast treat. Why the big fuss? I wondered grumpily.
Fireworks explode into a myriad of fresh, vibrant, cool, refreshingly sweet flavors all dancing the samba in my mouth! Trying hard to hide my delight in this sudden joy, I hold back a gallop and casually
stroll to my dear father. So.. what is in that breakfast of yours, anyhow? And with that question finally released from my mouth, I am immediately I am whisked away as if I had just asked for a
wish from some genie out of a dusty old magic lamp. Whisked away to a whole new world of fruits, living nuts and seeds. This eating raw business is love at first bite – loving the affects on my belly, my
energy and on my early mornings. So much goodness in one little, innocent looking bowl of food. Food fit for all you super heroes out there. Take the GRIND out of the morning and replace it with MAGIC. Morning GRIND no more, with its caffeinated stupor – welcome to the morning MAGIC! Oh. So. Worth. It.

So here goes:
Assemble the ingredients for your magically delicious super hero grubbin.

1.Fresh fruit of any color, shape, or taste – preferably organic
2.Raw almonds, peanuts, and or walnuts
3.Raw sunflower seeds, or mung beans
Now for the top secret ingredient – which my friend is no ingredient at all. The secret is a process – a sprouting journey that starts with the raw nuts and seeds soaking their tired little bodies in some
room temperature water overnight. The long soak coaxes the weasely enzyme inhibitors out of the nuts and seeds, awakening them to sprout a little sprout. By morning, peeking out of their little shells, the sprouted super food become filled with life supporting enzymes – known for helping beat diseases and
generate a super hero healthy body. The nutritional advantages of these ingredients are enormous, but still shadowed by the fantastic taste experience delivered to you directly from mother nature.
So 90% of the work is done! Just layer each ingredient into your bowl and top with your favorite nutrition booster – I like to add hemp seed or shredded coconut to the mix. Thanks to Lindsay, I now add
that hemp seed on almost everything! Done. And Done. So easy. Super hero status is just a few bites away! This magically delicious raw energy grubbin’ in light years ahead of coffee, cereal,
or even canned spinach — wait till Popeye gets his biceps on this one!
