Sword Fingers is a type of External Qigong. It’s the initial Energy Healing technique for helping others that Chunyi Lin teaches to all of his Spring Forest Qigong students.
A new research study by doctors at the Mayo Clinic found that External Qigong, as practiced by Chunyi Lin, relieves chronic pain. It’s a peer-reviewed study which is to be published in the August 2010 edition of the American Journal of Chinese Medicine.
We’ve created a new Sword Fingers video to both make people aware of the research findings and, hopefully, to teach everyone how to use Sword Fingers to help others.
As Chunyi teaches anyone and everyone can learn to do Sword Fingers in less than ten minutes. It’s a key part of his vision of “a healer in every family and a world without pain.”
