Judith while you say how to avoid energy vampires do you have any solutions to help them overcome being one? Especially the learnt habits which run in families.
As Eckhart Tolle calls them the PainBody mode which seeks pain and to inflict pain.
For unless we help fix them and help us who have these issues, we are defining us & them, judgements, & the result of avoiding the answers to the problems we need to solve in order to have a peaceful world. Equality & love for all. Avoidence does not fix.

In Positive Energy I have a chapter on types of energy vampires and how to combat them. We all are energy vampires at times. We must be mindful of our behavior and motivations and aim to heal what’s negative in ourselves. It is never us versus them. It is always US. But with mindfulness we can begin to heal negativity.
