		<description>i used to have the same problem but now since i watched what types of food i eat i have been fine whenever i have my periods.
Eat plenty of fruit &amp; drink water, try &amp; exercise its the best thing for you. Also try reduce the amount of caffeine you drink (i think that was the main reason why i couldnt sleep)
