weight loss! Any one have a secret to losing weight or what really works?
I feel like I’ve tried everything! What am I doing wrong. I use to be 115 lbs now I’m up to a size 11, any one have a secret weight loss method?

The secret is to learn the things that really work and avoid all the misinformation that is out there. Here is a secret if you can understand it.
Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note– any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. There is no secret, you need to eat right and exercise.
You need portion control. Eat 6 meals a day, small though, im not talking about a cheese burger happy meal. Around 150 calories a meal. Drink a lot of water or add the crystal light in. If youre full of water youre not going to want to over eat. Make sure you drink a glass before you eat. ALWAYS MOVE! Waving your arms burns cals! So does tapping your feet! Any type of movement will burn cals, get up, stand up, jump around, do anything just make sure you keep moving. Honestly if you do just those 2 things you will lose about a pound or 2 a week. If you add in some exercise, you’ll be great! You can do it. Those Lean cusine meals are greatly portioned if you like them, and no measuring needed. Get some fruits and veggies to munch on when you get cravings, and just keep busy!

I know this sounds cliche but you need to eat less and exercise more. Try building some muscle. Women don’t really have the ability to get very bulky like a man can. Muscle burns more calories even at rest. Plus the more muscle you have the leaner you will look.
